Your hosts
Our own stand-up comedian Peter Sapiano will be taking over hosting duties and make sure you know what is happening next! This Finnish-Maltese-Canadian might just be Mario and Luigi's lost stepbrother. You are in good hands!
Jani Haikala was nominated as the tester of the year in Finland. He has well over 20.000 hours of experience with working in hands on software testing projects and he is the host of QA related youtube show @TestguruTV.
Antti Niittyviita is the CEO of a 45 employee testing company Prove. He has written two books on how to create excellence in software testing and has coached over 2300 people to create level ups in their testing skills.

Maaret Pyhäjärvi
Maaret Pyhäjärvi, a programmer, speaker, author, mentor...and an exceptionally prestigious testguru. Maaret has over 20 years of experience in testing and striving to improve quality in various positions and organizations. Maaret is known for spreading inspiration and growth where ever she goes.
Recently Maaret has been recognized for her contribution to the European testing community when she received the EuroSTAR Testing Excellence Award in 2020.
In Testguru Summit, Maaret will discuss time management in testing. Join us to hear how to win the game against packed schedules!
Karla Nieminen
Karla is an experienced software professional with background in testing too. She believes that communications skills are at the core of professional growth in IT industry.
In 2017 she published her first book about creating deeper interpersonal relationships. In addition to that she has trained and done countless talks about communication skills and her blog posts have been read over 500.000 times.
In Testguru Summit, Karla will discuss how to develop practical people skills that will amplify everything that you do as a professional.
Simo Hosio
Simo lives in Tokyo, Japan and has a fantastic view point into how two different cultures approach focus and productivity in their professional lives.
Simo's day job is an Associate Professor at the University of Oulu, Finland. His focus areas are Human Factors, HCI, Crowdsourcing & Digital Health.
He has a passion for teaching and empowering people to explore their potential through side projects.
In Testguru Summit, Simo will share his science backed toolkit to calibrate your brain for outstanding focus and flow. This sessio will be streamed from Tokyo.
